Naamly is free to download and use. It has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, so there is nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund.
If a paid feature is added later
Any future purchase would be processed by Apple through the App Store — not directly by me. That means refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms, and I cannot issue or reverse a charge myself.
- Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Subscriptions, if ever offered, can be cancelled any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
