Linksy is built and maintained by one person. Questions, bug reports, and feature ideas are all welcome, and every message gets read.
Get in touch
Email [email protected] and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
If something failed, the most useful thing you can send is the link you tried, along with your device and its OS version. Without the link it is very hard to reproduce.
Common questions
- What can it save? Videos, single photos, multi-image carousels, and PDF document posts.
- Which links work? Post links, lnkd.in short links, article links, and regional LinkedIn addresses such as tr.linkedin.com. As a rule: if it opens in a browser without signing in, the app should handle it.
- Do I have to copy the link? No. Share the post to the app straight from LinkedIn, or let the app offer a LinkedIn link it finds already on your clipboard.
- Where do my downloads go? Into your photo library, and into the app’s own library where you can search and filter them.
- A download stopped partway — do I start over? No. It picks up from where it left off rather than beginning again.
- Why did a post fail? The most common reason is that the post is not publicly accessible. The app can only retrieve items that are viewable without signing in.
- Do I need a LinkedIn account in the app? No. It never asks you to sign in and has no access to your account.
- Is it free? Yes. It is supported by ads and has no purchases.
A note on what you save
The app saves media to your own device for your own use. Anything you save stays subject to the rights of whoever created it and to LinkedIn’s terms — please respect both.
