To help me fix a bug quickly, please include your iOS or Android version, your phone model, and what you were doing when it happened. If a link did not save properly, the link itself helps too.
Common questions
- Which phones work? iPhones on iOS 18.2 or later, and Android phones on Android 7.0 or later.
- How do I save something? Share a link, text or image to KeepClip from any app, or add it from inside KeepClip.
- What can I search? Titles, notes, page text, the site or domain, and tags.
- Why is a preview missing? Some sites do not offer a title or an image. You can edit a save and write your own title and note.
- Where is my data? On your device. KeepClip has no account, and the app does not send your saves to the developer. See the privacy policy for the details, including backups.
- How do I delete everything? Delete saves in the app, or delete the app to remove what it stored on your device.
