DualCam has no accounts and no servers, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Removing your data is entirely in your hands:
- Delete the app from your phone: remove it from your iPhone, or uninstall it on Android. This permanently removes all DualCam settings — layout, picture-in-picture shape and position, border colour, quality, output choices, and your saved teleprompter script. On Android you can instead keep the app and go to Settings → Apps → DualCam → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by phone).
- Delete your recordings separately, from your Photos or gallery app. Videos and photos DualCam saved live in your photo library on iPhone, or in the Movies/DualCam and Pictures/DualCam folders on Android, not inside the app, so they survive deleting it. Remove them in Photos or your gallery app, then empty Recently Deleted or Trash.
- Optionally revoke permissions: on iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Microphone / Photos → DualCam; on Android, Settings → Apps → DualCam → Permissions.
There is nothing to delete on any server, because DualCam has no servers and never receives your data.
